第一,第二与最后。。

在之前,我一直认为不断发掘新东西,走在市场的前端,快人一等才是最好的成功之道。但那天上完课后,我有新的看法。。最快与最后各有好处。。

第一个进入市场者-创始者-占尽先机,赚第一桶金,名声大增(人们永远只记得第一/最好的),但刚发现/发觉的东西或产品往往有很多不足,缺点百出,而且风险大。。不断更新,不断维持独一无二,垄断市场。。

第二个进入市场者-改造者-学习了创始者的知识,弥补了之前的不足,创造新的科技/产品,冒的风险相对减低,但失了先机,知名度不高。。如何用
弥补了的优势占市场一席位。。

最后进入市场者-综合者-综合各种好处,完善的科技,似乎无懈可击,风险更低,但后之后觉,经济蛋糕已被划分了,如何用
无懈可击的强势创造市场的主要问题。。

*名词用的有点奇怪,找到更好的名词会更改,累了。。得空再改。。睡觉。。zzz

是指差异化(variation)、功能化(versatility)、附加价值(Value)、共鸣(Vibration)

8) Evaluation- Evaluate all your rules!

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why its called the present.

Imagine there is a bank account that credits your account each morning with $86,400. It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every evening the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course?
Each of us has such a bank. It's name is TIME.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to a good purpose.
It carries over no balance. It allows no over draft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day.
If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours. There is no drawing against "tomorrow."
You must live in the present on today's deposits. Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success!
The clock is running!! Make the most of Today.

To realise the value of one year, ask a student who failed a grade.
To realise the value of one month, ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby.
To realise the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realise the value of one hour, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
To realise the value of one minute, ask a person who just missed a train.
To realise the value of one second, ask someone who just avoided an accident.
To realise the value of one millisecond, ask the person who won a silver medal at the olympics.

Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with. And remember time waits for no one.
